BUG REPORTS
If you're experiencing a problem with PROBID, PROBILL, PROCOST, PROVAL or PROPLAN, please fill out and submit the following bug report form. You may also want to check out our list of known problems. If you want to make a suggestion or request an enhancement, please use our suggestion form instead.
Bug Report FormUnfortunately the spammers have swamped our online reporting system and so we have had to disable all submittal forms on our website. When - and if - we find a solution to the problem we will restore the online forms. Meanwhile, if you have a bug to report, please contact us directly by email. Provide all details, including the name of the program and version number, with a complete description of the problem. When you submit a bug report, it will be entered into our database for tracking. After a quick, initial assessment by our support department, the resolution of the problem will be assigned to an appropriate individual. Periodically we will post notices regarding bugs reported by our users in the Known Problems section of this page, and tips or workarounds on the FAQ page. Please be as specific as possible when describing the problem. We may need to contact you for more information, (e.g., if we have trouble reproducing the problem you describe, or need more information on your computer configuration). Back to Top
