The PROPLAN Project Scheduling System offers:-

	Full PRECEDENCE DIAGRAM notation
	Four types of lagged Relationships between activities
	Four types of user specified external constraints on the start and finish dates of each activity
	Up to 16 user defined Work Calendars
	Milestone or "Key" Dates may be associated with the start or finish of the tasks
	Alphanumeric task numbering simplifies the design and maintenance of the network
	A full "Hammock" capability to ease summary reporting by area, trade or work type
	Multiple projects or sub-networks may be included in one network and reported on individually - or in aggregate.
	Notes may be attached to tasks as a record of performance, problems encountered or required follow up action.
	Tasks may be assigned resources which may be reusable or consumable
	Resource Usage may be plotted on the basis of early, late or average start dates with a lead or lag
	A PERT COST capability allows you to enter a Budget Cost, Percentage Complete, Cost Todate and Projected Total Cost against each task.
	Cost Reports show Variances both Todate and Projected
	"Earned value" is independent of time progress so that the costing may parallel any cost accounting convention
	Validation logic is designed to make updating as "forgiving" as possible. Logic "conflicts" are isolated so they do not invalidate a complete update
	Output may be selected and sorted in many different ways
	Bar Charts are fully "calendarized" to show durations, floats and holidays, in accordance with each activity's calendar
