General MS-DOS™ Utilities
Download:
GENUTILS.ZIP
which includes:
README.COM   - a text file viewer.
PRTSTRIP.EXE - a printer utility.
KEYBOARD.EXE - Prints a keyboard template.

SYSUTILS.ZIP
which includes:
DOSINFO.COM - Displays system information.
TESTMOUS.EXE - Tests the mouse under MS-DOS.
VGALINES.COM - Toggles screen between 25 and 50 lines.
Download: PROCALC.ZIP
The MS-DOS command line version of
PROCALC - the arithmetic expression parser included in all
PROCON's programs. Documentation included in the archive file.
Download: CHDDIR.ZIP
A command line replacement for the internal Change Directory command (CD
or CHDIR). Works in MS-DOS
and Console modes. Includes many features designed to ease keyboard Drive and Directory navigation. Documentation

Windows Utilities
Download: DOSWINCB.ZIP which includes:
GETWINCB.EXE - Copies Windows Clipboard to a file.
SETWINCB.EXE - Copies a text file to Windows Clipboard.

WDESKTOP.EXE - Creates a Windows
desktop folder with sample links for PROCON programs.

WFIL2PRN.ZIP
A Windows' utility that will copy files directly to a Windows' printer - bypassing the printer driver. The files are copied as raw data.
Hence the utility is primarily for users who need to print text, log, and PCL files, etc., on local or network printers.

A specialized Text Find/Replace tool. It is primarily designed for programmers - who want to change class, function or identity names in many source files;
and web designers - so that they can automate coordinated changes to the many files comprising large websites. Documentation here - and in the archive file.

FileCase.ZIP
A Filename Changer tool. It is particularly useful for programmers, web designers and system administrators - who may have to enforce uniformity
in the names or extensions of large groups of files to ensure that they sort correctly, or are correctly referenced in
case sensitive operating systems and websites. Documentation here - and in the archive file.

File2PRN.ZIP
A tool designed to copy files directly to a Windows' printer - bypassing the printer driver. The files are copied as raw data.
Hence the utility is primarily for users who need to print text, log, and PCL files, etc., on local or network printers.
It allows you to print to a USB printer from the command line. It will also list all installed printers and show the default printer.

PROBID
Utilities

BIDUTILS.ZIP
Includes:
READITEM.EXE - Reads an ASCII text file containing a list of
tender items and creates the appropriate
PROBID job files.
READRSC.EXE - Reads an ASCII text file containing a list of
resources and creates the appropriate
PROBID library file.
BIDLIST.EXE - Prepares an outstanding tenders list from all the
PROBID estimates in a given directory list.

WORDTMPL.ZIP
Includes:
TENSUB.DOT
- a Microsoft Word™ Template file. It contains VBA macros to assist you in formatting a
PROBID
Tender Submission in Word 97 or 2000.
OPANAL.DOT - another Word™ Template file. It assists you in formatting a
PROBID
Operations Analysis report in Word.

PROBILL
Utilities
Download:
BILUTILS.ZIP
Includes:
READITEM.EXE
- A utility to read an ASCII
text file containing a list of contract items and create the appropriate
PROBILL job files.

The utilities
are provided as compressed ZIP Files. Once downloaded to your computer, you can unzip the files
to a directory of your choosing. (You will need a decompression utility
to unzip these files.)

User Licence
These utilities are provided free of charge to users of
PROBID,
PROBILL,
PROVAL,
PROCOST and
PROPLAN with current support agreements.
Other users are authorized to install and examine
a program for a maximum period of 30 days after which they must
obtain a licence from PROCON to continue using the software.
